Secret Ingredient, India’s leading food consulting firm for the restaurant and hospitality industry, has delivered yet another array of restaurants with the recent opening at three distinctive venues: Niko – modern Asian in the heart of Gurgaon, Haryana, La Croute, an artisanal pie shop & café in Sunder Nagar, Delhi and Bonita, a globally inspired European bistro in Arossim, South Goa.

For these diverse culinary offerings, the Secret Ingredient team provided a wide range of consultancy services, including internal research & feasibility, detailed concept note, interior & graphic collaboration, kitchen & bar planning, overall food & beverage identity and development, and hiring & training the core team.
