Ganga Realty sells out 250 homes worth ₹700 cr in Gurugram project

Ganga Realty on Thursday said it has achieved a complete sell-out of its luxury low-rise housing project Kashi in Sector 89, Gurugram, with total sales bookings of around ₹700 crore.
The project, spread across 5 acres, consists of 250 residences with prices starting at ₹2.5 crore. The company said the total investment outlay in the development is about ₹429 crore.
Designed as 3BHK + Servant residences on 180 sq. yd. plots, each unit comes with a basement-level private office, stilt parking and four floors. The residences also feature a first-in-segment dedicated servant room, along with premium specifications such as imported flooring, branded air-conditioning systems and modular kitchens.
Amenities at the project include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, landscaped gardens, jogging track and children’s play area. The project has a construction timeline of three years and is located on an 84-metre-wide road with access to Dwarka Expressway, NH-48 and Pataudi Road, besides proximity to schools, hospitals and commercial hubs.
