Emaar India unveils Amaris luxury housing project in Gurgaon

Emaar India, the Indian entity of the internationally-acclaimed Emaar brand, has unveiled its newest eco-friendly luxury residential development, ‘Amaris’, located in Sector 62 along the Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, one of the most prestigious areas in the Delhi NCR region. Spanning an area of 24,759 square meters (6.118 acres), Amaris provides an elevated living experience with opulent 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The company plans to allocate between Rs 850 crore and Rs 900 crore for the development of the project, anticipating a topline of Rs 2500 crore.

Designed for individuals who desire a seamless integration of contemporary comfort and sustainable practices, Amaris is GRIHA pre-certified and aligns with governmental initiatives focused on green mobility and community well-being. The project boasts a verdant, sustainable landscape, with plans to plant over 400 trees, highlighting its dedication to environmentally friendly living throughout its design and operational phases.

Notable sustainable features include rainwater harvesting systems, wastewater recycling, CPCB IV-rated generators for emission management, outdoor air purification systems, organic waste composting facilities, and electric buggies to minimize car dependency, all contributing to a cleaner and greener environment for residents.

For teenagers, Amaris offers access to luxury amenities like multi-sports arena, swimming pool, squash courts, indoor badminton court, aerobics, yoga, jogging tracks & walkways and a state-of-the-art gymnasium that are designed to promote active and healthy living with a 35,000 sq. ft. built up area clubhouse that offers serene spaces like a reading lounge, restaurant, banquet hall among others.

Amaris offers dedicated spaces for kids such as activity room, play courts & tunnel, sand pits, climbing mounds, a kids’ pool, an activity room as well as a crèche. The adults get access to an exclusive clubhouse to connect with themselves, thrive and rejuvenate. Senior citizens will get access to serene & tranquil sit-out & reading zones, designed specifically keeping in mind the needs of the elderly. Following its own footprints of transparent sales and allocation process set last year, with the launch of Urban Oasis, the company will institute a third-party assurance for Amaris launch as well. The EOIs will be sought from interested prospective customers from the 19th November to 23 November 2024. The company will also be launching ‘My Emaar India’ app to make the process smooth and easily accessible for the clients.
